21st century leadership

The world doesn’t need another leadership theory. On Amazon, there are 480,881 books today that have to do with leaders as the topic. If you ask 30 experts to define leadership, you get 31 different answers. No wonder we’re confused.

Together at our latest forum kindly hosted by John Lewis in their Victoria Head office, we took taking a closer look at how we identify, nurture and develop the ‘new world’ leaders? What are the real challenges they face and what are the qualities and behaviours we now need? We believe that a new way of thinking is needed to help us provide the leadership needed in turbulent times.

With a fascinating key note by Matt Hodey our friend and a highly regarded Director at Deloitte, we examined what authentic leadership in action really means and hows this translates back in the workplace. By examining the challenges and opportunities of leadership in the current and future world of work, we explored what can really makes a difference.
