June Spotlight 2024 - Are we facing a loneliness epidemic?

In this third episode of our Spotlight 2024 series, we explore the pressing and relevant topic of ‘the loneliness epidemic’ and explore the often unseen and unspoken outworking of experiencing loneliness in the workplace. Hearing from a range of experiences, and a recent Loneliness at Work report, commissioned by the British Red Cross, we explore some of the key factors that contribute to loneliness at work and the ways in which we can combat that and build supportive communities. We also hear from our guest from The Samaritans on their perspective and how we can all help each other without judgement.
