Working without walls
Does our workplace environment really matter and what is the relationship between people and the places they work in today?
For our latest Future Thinking Forum, we will be exploring the relationship between people and the places they work. In particular, we will take a fresh look at;
- The impact of physical spaces on how we relate to our organisations
- How we allow for a diverse workforce through the workplaces we create
- The challenge of creating collaborative spaces that work
- The role of HR in ensuring a productive and creative workplace
At this forum we were excited to partner with RAW Brothers, an innovative workplace design consultancy.
Together we explored this fascinating and highly relevant topic to organisations today.
Here’s what RAW Unlimited had to say:
“RAW was really pleased to be on the little stage at the Future Thinking forum in Farringdon; a great little event held in the heart of London’s A&D community run by The Art of Work. We were looking at the impact of physical spaces and the ways they relate to an organisation. Asking how we allow for a diverse workforce through the workspaces we created and exploring the challenge of creating collaborative spaces. The event hosted a number of delegates from the HR community hungry to find new ways to engage the workforce and exploring the relationship between people and the places where they work.
We gave the background story behind a recent project for Invesco. It demonstrates how connections can be made between the workplace and the culture and values of an organisation.”
The event was hosted at Kinnarps - they were great hosts and gave our delegates a tour of their workplace designed for collaboration, concentration and contemplation.
