Introducing The Art of Work Core Offer Directory 2023

In today’s time-pressured world, it’s often hard to lay your hands on exactly what you need, when you need it. So, we’ve created a comprehensive resource of 50 ready-to-run virtual skill shots and behaviour boosters which can be delivered across a range of platforms, by our expert delivery team (or flipped to ‘in-person’ delivery if preferred). These are lightly tailored for your context and challenges – but otherwise, ready when you are!

Small but perfectly formed

All our new Core Offer sessions are bite-sized – either 90 or 180 minutes – and cover a wide range of topics for both staff and new or more experienced managers, reflecting the challenges of today’s workplace. Fully inclusive and ‘digital by default’, they provide the ultimate flexible development options which can be:

  • Delivered as standalone or paired development boosters
  • Used to create focus and energy around a particular topic (such as performance reviews)
  • Bolted together to create specific programmes (for example, to support new managers)
  • Used to support on-job development to reflect the 70-20-10 approach

Technology based, human led

Using the full range of technology, and supported by our expert production team, each of our Core Offer Directory sessions are carefully designed and delivered to create a learning experience that is second to none. Most importantly, we place the human at the heart of all our sessions, keeping the delegate numbers small enough to encourage discussion and interaction and making sure we never lose sight of the need to help learners to master the workplace of today.
