Recent research shows UK workers are going into the office an average of just 1.5 days a week, with only 13% coming in on a Friday, a survey suggests. So what does this mean for our physical workplace? At our most recent session in our Spotlight Series, we explored the role of our physical workplaces in the new hybrid working world and do we really need them? A lively session, together we considered how can we find new ways to value, use, and engage with the buildings that used to be at the heart of our working world.
