Workplace 2022 Spotlight on the Frontline

Recent research shows that frontline workers saw sharpest fall in engagement during Covid - so why is this? Through, and since, the pandemic, many feel that too much attention and focus has been placed on how those in our offices could adapt to remote and hybrid working. But what about those on the front line, many of whom have continued to work as before and often in more difficult and challenging circumstances? Is a ‘thank-you’ enough or do we need to do more?

Together we considered if we are doing enough and how can we make them feel supported and connected to organisations that are increasingly more dispersed? our guest for this session were Sue Nelson, David Dagger and Grace Johnson who as always, shared their perspectives on this topic.
