Workplace 2022 Spotlight on The New Learning Landscape
Together we explored how the increase in remote and hybrid working has changed how we learn, the impact of technology on the choices available to us, and what the future of learning and development holds for leaders, learning professionals and individual learners.
We were joined for this session by Bradley Burgoyne, Head of Talent at CIPHR, a leading provider of cloud-based HR systems and LMS solutions and Gaelle Watson who leads Sync Skills, a leading production agency for virtual classrooms, online training and blended leaning. Having partnered with Bradley and Gaelle for several years and knowing that both were at the recent Learning Technologies Conference, we had some very insightful discussions.
