Workplace 2022 Spotlight on the sustainable leader

In recent years, mounting social pressure has contributed to a significant shift in the type of leadership seen across businesses – from start-ups in their infancy, to multinational corporations. As the world becomes increasingly aware of the impact businesses have on the triple bottom line, also known as the three P’s – people, planet and properity – it’s important for those at the top to embrace sustainable leadership. Such an urgent topic, it can feel overwhelming, so what does this really mean for leaders today? And how do we bring this to the forefront of our leadership agenda?

For this session we were joined by our good friend Barbara Welch of Mace Construction who will share her personal views on her approach as a leader to this vital issue. As always as our invited guest, she had a particular interest in this topic and generously shared her perspectives and ideas.
