Workplace 2022 Spotlight on Women at Work

As a wholly female-owned and led business, this hasn’t been something that we have particularly focused or drawn on to any extent. We just wanted to be known for being great at what we do and let our work speak for itself. We are both proud of being women in the workplace, but it’s never been our driving force.

But as we reflect on International Women’s Day and our 10-year anniversary, to kick-off our Workplace 2022 Spotlight Series, we decided to focus more attention on what it means to be a woman in business. We explored how we can all support each other, work together to flourish in today’s world of work and break the bias wherever we can.

Together we considered if the increase in remote working helped, or increased the pressure on women at work? And what we need to do to better support women and gender diversity?
