Conversations in action

In today’s demanding and competitive workplace, it is vital for front line managers to understand the need to have effective conversations with members of their team on a wide range of subjects.

Our series of workshops on ‘brilliant conversations’ help encourage more effective dialogue for a whole range of conversations, from those concerned with talent and careers, to performance and the more challenging meetings you might face.

Our highly practical sessions use live simulation to bring to life the conversation in action, providing learners the opportunity to both watch, and participate in, the conversation arena. Using 'real play' skills practice, learners can try new strategies and tactics, build their capability and confidence and develop a positive mindset to set them up for success.

“The feedback from this workshop programme was overwhelmingly positive and attendance was high, and we now have significantly more engagement around careers and progression within the organisation. A real win-win for everyone involved."

Jo Mallia, Global Head of Learning and Development
