Introducing Coach+

Coaching has always provided a foundation for high-quality, tailored personal development. But pure coaching alone isn’t always the best – or only – answer. We believe a new approach is needed to meet the demands of those navigating the often complex and changeable world of work today. In a crowded coaching marketplace, we are taking a fresh approach that keeps coaching at its heart but offers a unique ‘one-stop shop’ for all of your 1:1 development needs.

Finding the human at the heart of the crisis

We are living through extraordinary - often harrowing - times. I believe we all need to find the human in this global crisis. There’s a challenge circulating on social media to count the number of times you say ‘When all this is over …’ before stating how you will enjoy returning to ‘normal’ activities. There will be a moment when the social distancing measures lift and we gather together again, return to offices, visit theatres, go to concerts. But the likelihood is that this moment is much further away than we all imagine. And, some would say, things will never be quite the same again. This may be a good thing.

So says Sandra Evans our Managing Director at The Art of Work and a recognised thought leader in the changing world of work.

7 things we know now (that maybe we didn’t know before)!

It’s hard to believe that The Art of Work is celebrating our 7th anniversary. When we set out back in 2012, this was always about creating more than business. We wanted to challenge the status quo and not just adopt old ways of working. Being agile and creating a thriving community of practice were vital to us. The enterprise of the future

We are constantly hearing and talking about the need for a new approach to the world of work; the need for leadership that can lead the way in turbulent times; for individuals who have the capability and confidence to thrive in uncertainty, and for organisations that can meet the challenges of the rapidly changing environment, driven by technology and geo-social shifts.
